Every receipt is signed at load with Ed25519 key ksv-47c7d4987f3a and re-verified by the same code the public verify API runs. Consents you sign in the patient journeys appear at the top of the registry, held only in your browser.
Audit pack
One PDF for a Board inquiry or an internal audit: every receipt in the period with its verification result, withdrawals, breach clocks, the readiness breakdown, the signing key and the audit-chain head, plus instructions to verify any receipt offline.
- Re-verified at generation. Each receipt is re-hashed and its signature checked when the PDF is built, not when it was stored.
- Gaps included. Unsigned paper imports and any receipt changed after signing are listed, not filtered out.
- Checkable without us. The pack names the key id and the steps to verify with the public key.
