Every receipt is signed at load with Ed25519 key ksv-47c7d4987f3a and re-verified by the same code the public verify API runs. Breach command
Every personal data breach must reach the Data Protection Board and each affected person (DPDP Sec 8(6), Rule 7), and many must also reach CERT-In within 6 hours. The console runs all four clocks from the moment of awareness.
