Live control room · Indie Threads · AOV ₹2,400 engine: live code events: simulated

It does not blast everyone.

Failed payments and dropped carts stream in live - watch it suppress the wrong targets, fix the right ones, and prove the lift vs a control group.

Data source

The simulated stream demonstrates the decision engine on synthetic events whose outcome rates are hand-set priors (adjustable below). Upload your own contacted / control / suppressed events and the entire dashboard - rates, incremental revenue, the 95% CI - is recomputed from your rows as an observed read. Parsing runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded to a server.

Confidence in the lift · 95% CI · conditional on the priorsUnderpowered - not enough observations to read a lift yet
Incremental revenue 95% CI:₹0 - ₹0· lift 0.0% (95% CI 0.0% - 0.0%)

Need ≥20 events in each arm before the lift is readable - contacted 0, control 0. The headline figure is a provisional point estimate. Wald interval on a difference of two binomial proportions (contacted vs held-out control). Conditional on the simulation priors below: with synthetic events this interval can only converge on the lift the priors encode. It validates the measurement pipeline - it is not evidence about any real merchant. Upload your own events (above) for an observed read.

Model priors - the sim's ground truthhand-set assumptions, not data

These sliders ARE the assumptions every number above is computed from - drag one and the whole dashboard re-scores the recorded event history under the new prior (same random draws, new rates). That the “proof” follows the sliders is exactly the point: simulated evidence is circular by construction. The honest uses are sensitivity (how wrong can the assumptions be before the economics die?) and the CSV import above, which replaces all of this with observed events.

GuardrailsDouble-charges: 0Fraud recovered: 0Promo sent to DND: 0Zero because the gates run before any outreach - disable one to falsify that claim.
Red team - break it on purposeCounters that can never move are decoration. These switches remove a protection so fraud recoveries, double-charge contacts and promo-to-DND sends actually happen - and get counted. Zeros you can falsify are the only zeros worth trusting.
